Gojiberries
Description
The Gojiberry is ranked at the top among the wild fruits containing antioxidants. It contains 18 amino acids, within which the 8 that are considered essential. It contains 21 trace elements, such as zinc, calcium, germanium, selenium and phosphorus, as well as B-complex vitamins (Β1, Β2, Β6). It contains more b-carotene than carrots, more iron than spinach, vitamin E, which is rare in fruits, and 500 times more vitamin C than oranges.
